SAGE API
The SAGE, Advanced, and Pro tiers unlock SAGE. Every key includes a Free floor of 25 SAGE responses per month. A Chart-only tier does not unlock SAGE beyond that floor. See billing for details.
SAGE is a knowledge engine over the curated Total Human Design knowledge base (Human Design, Western astrology, and BaZi). Ask natural-language questions and receive synthesized answers as { answer, domain }.

How it works
- Domain detection — Queries are classified as Human Design or Astrology based on keyword analysis.
- Knowledge retrieval — Matches nodes via direct lookup, text search with synonym expansion, and semantic vector search.
- Synthesis — An LLM synthesizes retrieved knowledge chunks into a source-backed answer.
SAGE responses
Each answered query counts as 1 SAGE response against your monthly SAGE allowance. A cache hit costs 0 SAGE responses. SAGE responses and Chart requests are separate meters.
Supported topics
SAGE covers the Human Design and Western astrology knowledge space:
- Human Design: Types, authorities, profiles, gates (1–64), channels, centers, circuits, incarnation crosses, PHS, Variable
- Astrology: Zodiac signs, planets, houses, aspects, transits, synastry, natal charts
Queries route to the correct domain automatically. Terms like "gate", "channel", and "profile" route to Human Design. Terms like "zodiac", "ascendant", and "conjunction" route to Astrology.
